RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
BK Istanbul prioritizes customer satisfaction.
You can return products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement and applicable legislation.
Products to be returned must be:
- Unused,
- In resalable condition,
- Sent with their original packaging,
- Complete with all accessories,
- Accompanied by their invoice.
Returns are not accepted for the following products:
- Used products,
- Products with opened packaging that cannot be resold,
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
- Products specially produced for the buyer or personalized.
In case of damage caused by shipping, a report must be prepared at the time of delivery.
For approved returns, the product fee will be refunded via the payment method used, within the applicable legal period.
